Eight week training plan that I design and you execute on your own. This package includes:

  • Week 1: One 45 minute consultation and plan design.

  • Weeks 2, 4, 6: You are executing on the plan individually.

  • Weeks 3, 5: You are executing on this plan on your own and we have a 30 minute check-in to discuss your progress, questions, and we make small plan changes as needed.

  • Week 7: Final check-in is a Program out-take session where we discuss overall progress and our next set of goals

  • Week 8: Rest week before starting all over.
