I start all of my client relationships with a 30 minute consultation. We’ll discuss your current fitness, history, and goals. You’ll get to learn more about me as a trainer and my coaching philosophy and what tools we’ll be using to meet your goals. I use this initial discussion to design your unique fitness program. Let’s move!

In-person 1-hour personal training session where we execute on the plan I’ve created for your fitness goals. I can train you in my home studio, your training space, or a local park. I provide all of the fitness gear needed, you just show up ready to work.

Virtual 1-hour personal training session where we execute on the plan I’ve created for your fitness goals. You can train in your home or a gym space of your choosing, I will work with you on the gear you have provide recommendations on acquiring any additional gear if needed.

Eight week training plan that I design and you execute on your own. This package includes:
Week 1: One 45 minute consultation and plan design.
Weeks 2, 4, 6: You are executing on the plan individually.
Weeks 3, 5: You are executing on this plan on your own and we have a 30 minute check-in to discuss your progress, questions, and we make small plan changes as needed.
Week 7: Final check-in is a Program out-take session where we discuss overall progress and our next set of goals
Week 8: Rest week before starting all over.
